I am able to organise and keep going when things get difficult. Work as a part of a team and on my own. I am motivated, flexible and reliable and I learn very quickly. I understand working with private and confidential documents is a very sensitive matter. I have passion for IT have wide knowledge of PC equipment and software. During my career in IT I have undertaken many tasks and projects. One of my biggest achievements was building a MS Access database for Northamptonshire Police Traffic Management Department of Traffic Data Sites and results from these. I had created a database and designed a user interface for use by my less IT orientated colleagues.

Also, whilst working for Northants Police I took a secondment as a Systems Administrator. I was responsible for maintaining PC’s and server room. One of my tasks for this secondment was cable management in server room (reconnecting most of points and outlets and also marking them accordingly).

Even when not working in IT industry because of my knowledge and experience I was always a point of contact for my colleagues with all IT based questions and issues. Few companies I was hired by had used my IT skills for their needs and to improve efficiency of teams I was assigned to. E.g. when working for Weston Favell Shopping Centre I had to rebuild and reinstall the main computer that was responsible for running the whole of a CCTV system for the centre.

I was responsible for maintaining professional level of customer service and relations by my staff, developing marketing solutions to improve sales. Managing rosters and solving staffing issues. I was also providing Operation Managers with daily analysis of sales and estimations for each month.

I had to liaise with management and customers, problem solving and conflict management between staff and sometimes customers.

One of my other responsibilities was to schedule and organise training for new staff.
